Ted Flanagan is Head of Customer Success at Habu. He brings over a decade of experience advising the world’s leading brands on how they can use data to create value for their business and better all-around consumer experiences. Ted leads Habu’s solution design and business advisory practices. He is responsible for ensuring that all customers can chart a path to success through a marketing and advertising technology landscape that is increasingly complex. Based in New York City, Ted is always seeking opportunities to engage with Habu customers to brainstorm new ideas and come up with creative solutions that solve real business problems.
Prior to Habu, Ted led Customer Success and Professional Services for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Data & Identity products, overseeing a portfolio of 350 customers and a team over 50 expert consultants. He built the Professional Services practice from scratch to support end-to-end DMP engagements. Ted’s teams earned perfect customer reference scores from industry analysts during his tenure. He joined Salesforce in 2016, via the Krux acquisition, where he had held similar leadership roles in client services. He arrived at Krux after stints in consulting and business development within IBM’s media practice. Ted has an MBA from Columbia Business School and majored in American Literature at Middlebury College.
