Mike Chang, Head of Product Strategy at Habu, works closely with Habu’s market-facing and engineering teams to add exponential value for customers through innovative privacy-first and cloud-agnostic software solutions. Mike relentlessly focuses on scalable answers to customer challenges, while maximizing new opportunities to push data-driven consumer experiences forward to expanding channels like connected TV and voice. Just prior, Mike was a member of the Global Data Strategy and Innovation team within Salesforce, working closely with customers and partners to transform the connection and experience between brands and their customers. At Salesforce, Mike was also a member of the Product Management team, focusing on solutions around consumer identity, which is now a core part of the Salesforce Customer 360 initiative. Mike joined Salesforce as a part of the acquisition of Krux, where Mike held multiple roles in Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Global Customer Success. Prior to Krux, Mike held various product and operational roles at Google, CNET (now ViacomCBS), and multiple startups in the digital marketing space. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science.
