Role Description

We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be the driving force that connects our team to interested prospects that will enable us to continue on our rocketship trajectory. You will have persistence in seeking out the right contacts. You will carefully craft email communications that capture the attention of our audience while delivering the right message. You will have the dedication to rebound with new strategies when you do not get immediate responses. You will be setting meetings for the sales team to deliver demos of our great data clean room product, which will help those customers analyze, measure, and collaborate better across platforms. You will use your impeccable communications skills and we will arm you with leading sales prospecting tools to achieve superior results. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work closely with Account Executives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with an awesome team in a startup environment

  • Developing opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads

  • Interacting with prospects via email and telephone with a high attention to detail

  • Consistently achieving qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives

  • Developing and executing on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts

  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using HubSpot

  • Quickly learn the Habu product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions

  • Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities

  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate salesperson, effectively educating as necessary about the opportunity

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales and/or sales

    • Impeccable written and verbal communication to ensure the highest fidelity across our various stakeholder teams.

    • Programmatic experience is strongly desired

    • Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM strongly desired

    • Experience using ZoomInfo would be a strong plus

    • Experience in the Adtech / Martech industry would be a strong plus

    • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures

    • Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process

    • 100% reliable and detail-oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly.

    • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.

    • Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of responsibility and lots of fun

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Proven success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment; self-starter who is energized by the challenge of early-stage company-building.
